The short version
BOBs House LLC collects information you type into the forms on this site, plus anonymous traffic statistics. We use it to reply to you, to deliver what you asked for, and to run the business. We do not sell it. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will.
The rest of this page says exactly what that means, form by form, because a policy that only speaks in generalities is not much use to you.
What each form collects, and where it goes
Contact form
/contact
Collects: Your name, email address, the topic you selected, and your message.
Goes to: Resend (to email us your enquiry and send you an auto-reply), HubSpot (a contact record, plus a note containing your message text), and Make.com — which in turn creates a deal in HubSpot and a task in ClickUp.
AI-tools waitlist
Home and /publishing
Collects: Your email address.
Goes to: HubSpot, which records that you asked to be told when the next tool is ready. It is a one-note-when-it-is-ready list — no drip, no newsletter, no sales pipeline.
Build feedback
/publishing
Collects: Your email address and your message.
Goes to: Resend, to email us your feedback.
The book, the free companion, and the Brief
Those live on the author site, angeladenisebunch.com — including the free-companion claim and the newsletter (the Brief). Whatever you share there is covered by that site’s privacy policy, not this one.
Who else sees your information
We use these services to operate the site and the business. Your information is shared with them only so they can do that job:
- Resend — Sends our transactional email — contact replies and feedback. It does not store a mailing list.
- HubSpot — Our CRM — stores contact records, enquiry notes, and waitlist sign-ups.
- Make.com — Relays contact form submissions between HubSpot and ClickUp.
- ClickUp — Where a task is created so a contact enquiry gets followed up.
- Gumroad — Our storefront — it processes purchases and passes the buyer's name and email address to us so we can deliver updates to what was bought and answer support questions. We never see card details.
- Google — Google Analytics 4, which measures site traffic.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.
Purchases: When you buy a BOBs House product on Gumroad, Gumroad shares your name and email address with us, and we keep them in HubSpot to deliver updates to what you bought and to answer support questions. Gumroad handles the payment; we never see your card details.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages get read and how people arrive. It does not load until you accept it. On your first visit you are asked, with declining exactly as easy as accepting; if you decline, no analytics script and no analytics cookies reach your browser at all, and the site works exactly the same.
Changed your mind? You can at any time.
We look at this data in aggregate — traffic, sources, which pages hold attention. We do not use it to identify you personally.
How long we keep things
Contact enquiries and waitlist sign-ups stay in our CRM as long as there is an active or potential working relationship, or until the tool you were waiting for ships — and they are removed on request, any time you ask.
Asking for your information, or its deletion
Email info@bobs-house.org and tell us what you want — a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We will action it and confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason.
Children
This site is meant for adults. Some of our products are written for children but are bought by the adults in their lives. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If what we do changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. There is no version history — the current page is the current policy.
